Holiday Return Policy Update
Please enjoy extended holiday returns and exchanges until January 31st for orders placed between October 1st and December 1st. Any items purchased after this period will qualify for our standard 30-day window. Please note, all existing policies and exceptions apply for the holiday extension.

Our Return Policy
It is our hope that you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase at Caledonia Forest. If you aren’t, Caledonia Forest accepts returns on all non-plant products within 30 days of purchase or shipment when accompanied by an original receipt or packing list. Within 30 days, we can refund your purchase to the original method of payment. After 30 days, up-to 60 days, we will refund your purchase with a merchandise credit (gift card.) Items purchased that are marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Merchandise without an original sales receipt may qualify for an exchange only at the current retail selling price. Please see below for exceptions regarding furniture, containers, artifacts, and live plants.

All returned merchandise must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Used/Damaged products will not be accepted for a return. Only exception is if the damage occurred during shipped. For any merchandise that has arrived broken, please inform our staff within 7 days at hello@caledoniaforest.com so we can process a return for a damaged item.

Return online orders by mail or in a store. Items purchased in a store must be returned to a store.

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE ORDERS
To return merchandise purchased on caledoniaforest.com, online orders placed at one of Caledonia Forest store locations, or orders placed by phone, please follow the easy steps below:

1. LOCATE YOUR ORDER
Please visit your closest shipping service, i.e. USPS, UPS, Fed EX, and ship the merchandise back to our store address at: 2269 Wilma Rudolph Blvd Suite 100A Clarksville TN 37040. Please ensure your package lists the correct suite number and letter.

2. AFFIX RETURN LABEL
Affix the return label to your package, and be sure to remove (or cover) the original shipping label.

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing refunds. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

We offer all of our customers free shipping. When sending a return item, customer is responsible for shipping fees to return the item back to us. If the item arrives broken from shipment, we will only require photo verification and customer will not need to return the item if it cannot be salvaged.

Please fill out the return/exchange form on the back of the packing slip. Record your "reason for return" next to each returned item on the back of the slip. Use the "RETURN ADDRESS LABEL" provided on the front of the packing slip, or address the shipment to:

Please note: the Return Address Label does not include postage; apply postage separately before mailing. Take the parcel to the carrier of your choice for shipment. We recommend that you insure and track the package. Caledonia Forest is not responsible for packages returned without tracking information.

Furniture and Containers
All furniture items purchased at full price can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise cost. Furniture must be returned in new condition. Returns should be made in the original packaging and materials, when possible. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any furniture purchased as floor models or damaged is Final Sale and therefore non-returnable. Customers will be responsible for any return shipment expenses.

Select furniture, containers and firepits are subject to a restocking fee if returned, plus applicable taxes. The fee will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed. For details about the restocking fee for a specific item, please visit the product page.

Caledonia Forest: Mother Earth’s Collective
Items that are part of the “Mother Earth’s Collective” are artifacts or one-of-a-kind custom artwork: unique items chosen or created for their beauty and representation of the Caledonia Forest lifestyle. Artifacts are often old or antique, but not always. An item is a part of the Mother Earth’s Collective and classified as an artifact due to its rarity, the difficulty involved in its discovery, or its limited production. The unique character and weathering of each piece reflects its historical significance.

All Mother Earth’s Collective items are sold "As Is;” if an artifact does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund of the merchandise cost within 30 days. Mother Earth’s Collective items must be returned in their delivered condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any Terrain Collective item purchased on sale or at a discounted price is Final Sale and therefore non-returnable.

Select Mother Earth’s Collective items, including furniture, fountains and garden structures are subject to a restocking fee if returned, plus applicable taxes. The fee will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed. For details about the restocking fee for a specific item, please visit the product page.

Live Plants
We ask that you take extra care with your living plants as they are perishable and subject to variable conditions such as weather, transportation, soil quality, watering, and positioning in your garden. Acceptance of our plant products at the time of sale is considered proof of good health and survivability. Because live plants are subject to variable conditions, we’re not able to offer a guarantee or refund.

For online customers, if a plant arrives damaged, dead, or does not meet your expectations, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund. Please contact us at hello@caledoniaforest.com within 48 hours of delivery for return instructions.

Rare, Unusual, and Hard-to-Find Plant Buying Policy
You will be able to inspect your plant upon pick up at our nursery. Our nursery staff can assist you with any plant care questions you may have at that time. This is a live plant, so occasional scarring and broken leaves are normal. Additionally, please remember plants may go through dormant periods or show signs of stress during their life. Many problems can be fixed if detected in time. Please refer to our care instructions to make sure your plant is getting the proper light, water, drainage, and soil for it to stay healthy. With this in mind, please understand that we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for plants once you leave the store with your plant purchase.

Refund Process
When a return can be facilitated within 30 days of purchase, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. For returns made more than 30 days after a purchase, we will issue a merchandise credit (gift card) up to 60 days after sale. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. For online customers, gift card purchases can be refunded in the form of another card that is mailed to your billing address.

Price Adjustments
A one-time price adjustment will be granted on full price purchases only if an original sales receipt is presented within 14 days of purchase.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We work with USPS for all shipment deliveries. General shipment time frames are within 5 to 7 days. Please keep in mind that courier services are out of our control. Any delays due to inclement weather or staff shortages faced by USPS is out our of our hands. Sometimes orders can be delivered earlier or later than anticipated. All orders will be provided a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery and be aware of its expected delivery date.

All delivery dates are estimated. We cannot guarantee delivery dates since we utilize a third-party service to manage our shipments.

PROCESSING

Please allow 1-3 business days of processing before your order is shipped. This time period is in addition to the estimated shipment time frame.
